409a Valuation – Things you need to Know About

As a business owner you must be having a good idea of the value of your company, however, that may not be the case.   • Market Approach – It is an analysis of a comparable private and public companies and transactions.
  • Income Approach – An analysis of a company’s free cash flows to determine projections for the next 5 years.
  • Asset Approach – An analysis of the company’s tangible and intangible assets.
